Cow neow san ky ya is sticky rice with coconut milk and a sweet egg custard on top. It is one of my favorite Thai snacks. It is always a good day when I wake up and find Cow neow san ky ya wrapped in banana leaves on the table.

ReplyDeleteHave you tried durian yet? Thai durian is the best in the world. And I love the ritual of selecting one from a street vendor and eating it with friends by the side of the road. In the cooler seasons they make a rice porridge with durian and sweet milk that is to die for.
